This doll is crafted from 100% platinum-cured silicone, the same material used in medical implants. Unlike TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), platinum silicone is:

Cleaning

- After each use, clean the doll with mild antibacterial soap and warm water - Use the included irrigation kit for internal cleaning - Pat dry with a microfiber towel — never rub aggressively - Allow to air dry completely before storage

Storage

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight - Keep in the lying position with limbs relaxed to maintain joint integrity - Use the included storage bag or a soft blanket to protect from dust - Avoid storing near heat sources, radiators, or in damp basements

- No silicone-based lubricants — use only water-based lubricants - No sharp objects or long fingernails that could tear the material - No staining fabrics — dark clothing may transfer color (use the included protective suit) - No harsh chemicals — bleach, acetone, alcohol, or oil-based cleaners will damage the material - No extreme temperatures — do not expose to direct heat or freezing conditions

Is the doll fully customizable?

Yes. Custom options for eye color, wig style, makeup, and skin tone are available — contact our concierge for a bespoke quote. Lead time for custom orders is 2-4 weeks additional.

How flexible are the joints?

The articulated skeleton allows the doll to hold most human poses. She can sit, stand (with support), lie down, and pose for photography. Joints are tension-adjustable; they arrive at medium tension and can be tightened or loosened per your preference.

Can the doll stand on her own?

The doll can stand with wall or stand support. Due to realistic weight distribution, free-standing is not recommended for safety. The included stand provides secure upright display.

How long does the doll last?

With proper care, this doll is designed to last 5-10 years. The material resists degradation, and the stainless steel skeleton is rust-proof. Many of our customers' dolls remain beautiful after 7+ years of regular use.

What lubricant should I use?

Use only water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubricants will chemically bond with and damage silicone material. We include a complimentary bottle of our recommended water-based lubricant with every order.

Is the doll shipped assembled?

Yes. The doll arrives fully assembled in a custom foam-padded case. The head may be detached for safety during shipping — simply attach it by aligning the bolt with the neck joint and turning clockwise.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee applies as production may have already begun. Contact support@welodoll.com to cancel.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every WeloDoll comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering skeleton defects, seam separation, and material flaws. Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or accidents is not covered. Extended warranties are available at purchase.
