Refund Policy
At Welo Doll, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product appearance, provided the product matches the description on our website.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs showing the damage/defect
- Include your order number and contact information
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Shipping Damage
All shipments are insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us and the carrier immediately
- Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
